CONTROLLING COURT CORRUPTION

Commonly heard,  "judges are so corrupt you cannot get a fair hearing" ... so here are a few tips.

The first rule is making a winning record. If you fail to create a winning record, using admissible evidence, effective discovery, and powerful written memoranda in support of your motions (and in opposition to the other side's motions) you cannot possibly prevent a crooked judge from controlling you. At the same time, if you do as we teach, demand discovery of facts before trial, and sort out the facts to find admissible evidence for the record, then you control the judge.

The rules for discovery are not the same as those for trial. During discovery you have power to demand facts that may not be admissible ... so long as those facts are reasonably likely to lead to admissible evidence. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
